THE MICRO DRONE

This is basically it, it's my first scratch built rc plane. I thought this design was pretty cool and wanted to share it with you guys and learn more about rc airplanes. I took alot of this design from many different planes that inspired me, I put this one together which includes alot of the other designs' features. It would be awesome if you guys can leave some comments and let me know what you think of it. I agree with Bbjen. I can't tell from the video if it is tail heavy or not. But the plane looks like it has too much of it's weight behind where the CG should be, and very little plane in front of that point. It won't look as nice, but the best solution is to extend the nose and put the battery as far forward as possible. Simply adding weight to the nose would make the plane heavier than it needs to be.

Otherwise it looks like a great plane. Keep building, designing, and experimenting.

It looks tail heavy, I am currently making a similag one and the cg calculated from http://adamone.rchomepage.com/cg_calc.htm was about 80mm from wing chord. Which has me making a much longer nose than expected.
