This is my kit built Kadet Senior, purpose built to be a night flyer. It has a RGB controller to sequence the LEDs, a landing light, dimming, accessory port to pull a lighted streamer and plug in laser beams on the wing tips. All the lights are inside the covering. I made it electric powered with a EFlite Power 46 and 4S 5000mah battery. The lights are powered by a 3S 3000mah. The lasers are powered via 1 cell thru the balance tap on the light battery. The leading edge of the wing and the main fuselage lights are "always on" while the other wing panels and the tail are sequenced with the RGB controller. The landing light, accessory and lasers are switched with a Turnigy receiver controlled switch from Hobby King.
The Kadet airframe has several mods. The wing dihedral has been lowered to 1 inch and ailerons added. The center of the wing is reinforced with carbon fiber. It has been converted to a tail dragger and electric power. I added a hatch to the bottom for battery access. The front sheeting has been omitted and extra holes punched in the sheeting to let more light out.
Several day flights have been made and one night flight. I still need to get a good night video. This plane was built just for night flying at Wally's Squadron and Joe Nall.
I am a big fan of Flite Test, I hope you like my first contribution.

Video of flight testing during a windy day. It is too cold to get out at night right now but as soon as I get a good video I will post it.
