In today's review I check out the Boscam HD19 from Security Camera 2000.
On their web site the camera is not branded as this but when i got mine it was branded as Boscam. Same camera with branding or not/
This is a FPV video out and HD video capture camera.
This small camera packs some great features and can be use both for fpv use or just as a stand along hd capture device.
Cost is less than a GoPro and does offer a more compact footprint.
Over all I was happy with the results of this camera other than its FPV output in that it balances for the sky or ground but not but very well together if it is overcast. Capture in HD is great and happy with the footage it gives and the slow motion capture as well.
Over all this is a cool camera to check out for a low cost alternative to going with a gopro and you get two things in one purchase. Yes the could have thought it out better in the way it can be mounted and how the cable connects to the camera. Those are my two issues with this camera.
Here is the link to the camera on Security Camera 2000 website.
They call it the HD 1080P Mini Camera Recorder Real-time CVBS Output for FPV

I have the Foxtech V3, and from your review, both have very similar specs. Image quality also appears similar.
Physical design wise. . .based on your review, I think the V3 is a bit nicer overall. The CMOS and the processor are separated by a 30cm shielded cable to help CG issues on smaller craft. The CMOS housing is streamlined.
The catch is, the V3 is $50 more. That is probably because the V3 comes with a mini color display.
