1st Long Range Success!

This is our first long range attempt with a Parkzone Radian! We are using the ezuhf system with the Black Sheep Mod and a gopro hero 1. This video was done with narration for an experiment. Let us know what you think! :)

realizing of course that your take off direction was chosen for safety, next time plan on wind direction so that the hard part is the away flight and the homeward leg is with the wind. Also, if that is not possible fly closer to the trees as they break up the head wind a little. The air would be bumpier but the head wind less strong and less steady.

Yeah that's what we plan to do for the next flight, and ohh okay I didn't think of that, the reason we were trying to stay away from the trees was to prevent them from blocking our signal to the ground station, but it was way too excessive haha, I appreciate the input!

What video system are your guys using? Fatshark?

Yeah we are using an immersion rc 200mw transmitter with the immersion rc uno receiver. Both using the spiro net Omni antennas
