What is it? – A new and exciting tool kit to create, engage, and educate groups about model aviation.

 

Who is it? – You.  More specifically your community.  FT connections is specifically targeting 2 key communities you probably connect with every day.

 

  1. Schools – Model Aviation and RC Flight are able to connect numerous educational fundamentals in a fun unique way.  (Coming Soon)  Schools can now incorporate Flite Test into their classrooms with a STEM compatible curriculum.
  2. Clubs – Flite Test has an online community full of amazing individuals.  FT Connections is designed to take the best parts of our online community and plant it in your local flying field or your back yard.  Group Builds, Special Projects, and Fun Challenges will all be tools available to FT Clubs to build local communities and connections.

When does it start? – Right now.  As of today you can submit an application (link below) to apply to become an FT club.  Our STEM curriculums are coming soon.  Interested schools can contact FT Connections (see below) with any questions.

 

Where is it? – (Coming Soon) The FT connection map allows you to find the FT Connections School or Club nearest to you.

 

How do I get involved? – Join a Flite Test Club near you or submit your application to start your own.  Our first “live” group build is coming soon and we would love to have your group on board. 

 

*All applications are subject to review and approval.  A typical group consists at least 8 – 10 active members.

 

Why are we doing this? -  Community.  Community.  Community.  Our desire is to bring the incredible experience of our online community to your home and your city in a real and exciting way.  We know this hobby is a catalyst to build relationships and impact people in a positive way.  The life lessons learned and the memories made through flying together have the amazing ability to connect families and create lasting friendships.
