Born in 63, joined Airforce in 82, Drove truck for yrs in 7 western states. Started rc planes in 94 only buying built ones off the ceiling at Tammy's Hobbies in Beaverton, learned to build by fixing wrecked ones, started collecting too many planes and dropped out of the sport when electrics were just starting up and started back up recently. Very dissapointed to see that our local flying field does not allow combustion engines there, so I fly other places. Do have electric p51, electric F4U Corsair, electric converted foam glider for kids, small gas light machine helicopter from way back when, a 40 size nitro cub with fpv and two 50cc gassers. One is a Super Chipmunk and the other is a Cap 232.
