Very low cost heavy duty camera gimbal.

Hello Good peoples!

Today i am going to talking about the camera gimble i designed for larger cameras up to 3kg tested weight.

It was laser cut in about 1 hour

So fistly My gimble was designed after searching the web for hours and not being able to find a gimble that could supports 700g+ Camera for under $150

This gimble that i designed is extreamly strong, capable of lifting more than 3kg as shown in my video below.

It uses two standard 40g+ servos to provide the control to the gimble.
The gimble is designed so that you can secure the servos however you like, if you even want to use servos.

Hot glue works well, so does velcro straps, you use two control horns, one for the roll and one for the tilt to secure the servo to the movable plate and that is it.

My gimble comes in a "flat pack design" so you have to slot everything in place and use wood glue or hot glue to secure the parts, it is extreamly easy to assemble.

I can also pre assemble, but post will go up as it is much lrger when assembled than when flat.

The mount to the frame is customisable, you tell me how you want me to make it mount, i will design a plate or clips or whatever you need to get it to fit your frame.
