Having a FPV co-pilot is so important when testing new equipment. In this flight a wire coming from a video receiver wiggles loose in flight and luckily the problem was on the ground. With bad video, Tim fixed the wire while Gent jumped in to help spot the airplane and keep constant eyes on it in case the video went completely dead, The pilot is unable to quickly run out to the video receiver 20 feet away nor was he able to quickly find the airplane in the sky if he needed to recover from a video loss. This is why having a co-pilot and spotter is so important when flying FPV, the buddy system works well.
