Sunset FPV flight over Kökar with the Bixler

Footage from an evening flight with the same setup as in my article on Cyclops Storm OSD as an FPV aid. Same location, but 1 ½ month later and Summer has turned into Autumn.

Includes Cyclops Storm OSD sample footage at 0:56 and 1:38, captured at the groundstation with DV02 from FoxTech.

I also tried to live stream the flight with Bambuser - the simple low-tech way, by just taking the phone out of my pocket, launching the app and pointing the phone camera at the FPV display. Got too much glare though, and I didn't find a safe way to let the phone rest with proper framing, so I had to hold it manually. One solution would be to mount a Glif on the groundstation.

Anyway, I think I'll come back to this concept later with a different technical approach.
