This is just a quick tip on how to get a voltage readout on your KK 2.0 board.
I like using JST connectors as a simple way to get a power feed from my distribution board on my Quad or T-Copter then connect it in to my KK board.
I have been told the extra gound wire is not needed but does not hurt anything to be connected.
I like it for the fact things are just more secure on the board when wiring things up.
In just 5 minutes you too can have a nice voltage alarm on your KK board.
I then mount it in the foam box it ships with double stick tape. Super easy and if something happens can be removed with out much effort.
If your looking to pick up a KK Board check out this nice USA seller and fellow hobbyist on Ebay.
FMICMATT on eBay. His shipping is fast and all items well packed. My KK2s came with the most recent firmware installed too.

Also a tip for channeling out the foam. Take your soldering iron and lightly stroke the channel you want recessed. And if you want an elaborate pattern on the foam (not necessarily for this card) take baby powder or similar, lightly brush it on the components or protrusions on the card and press down on the foam, it'll leave it's mirror image for you to easily follow with your soldering iron.
