We thought it'd be fun to launch the KA-8 Sailplane from the air with our E-Flite Apprentice!

You can see our review of the KA-8 Sailplane HERE!

Our E-flite Apprentice is supp'ed up with a Lazertoyz.com "Beef" motor.  You can find out more HERE!

Wow, very cool guys! Keep up the hard work. I know I asked before, but can you please, please do a review of the chuck gliders from lazertoyz? You've used them in lots of episodes already and they look like they fly well. Please reply if you agree.

"Do not land in the corn!!!" An episode on aircraft recovery in corn would be good.

Idea! I don't know how the Ardupilot handles pure gliders (I mean no motor) but if that would work well you could do this with one person. You fly the "carrier" to the hight and release the glider putting it in position hold / circlemode while you land the carrier - then take over the Glider (of course...)

My question is to David. Maybe he will read.
I know you are a professional. You have (as they say in Russian) - Golden Hands! This means that you can do with their hands a lot.
I watched for a long time to your ground station. I saw how you were doing it on your website.
Unfortunately I do not have 'supplies (laser) for the manufacture of such a thing.
Perhaps, David, you release set for the assembly of your ground station? Or at least give the body drawings, please. I beg you.
Just as described on your site via a relay connection scheme. But it is described in words! :) I would be more understandable if the scheme was drawn. :)
David, Please Respond ...

Great episode, as always original :D
But could anybody point us to where you found the carrying structure? Or do you have any plans for it?
Thanks for watching and thanks stonecap production for sponsoring this episode! :P

Flitetest, can david make a reveiw and total price of the ka8 glider fpv setup that david used?
Also your first rocket plane attempt was with a piggy back system mabey you could try it again with this piggy back setup, then ignighte rocket in midair.

another great show. Piggy back a glider is great, but adding the FPV was awesome. Liked Davids FPV set up, hope his finger is ok
