Musical flight and FPV

First let me start by saying that I love the many excellent videos and different scenery that people make, and share with the word, But...

There are thousands of these music only flight videos on youtube! Most are people's back yard, and parks in their area, that are great, but I can only look at so many trees and fields before im going to shut it off, and move to the next one. The video starts, and its like "oh crap, another one of those" so click on the next one, and probably miss out on some great video. I know most people want to share their videos with everyone, and that's great, but the truth is, if it's boring, or too much like all of the other videos, they will not watch.

When I first started thinking about getting into this hobby I looked it up on my web browser, and of course it went straight to youtube, where there was all kinds of these videos. After several hours of watching I was starting to have second thoughts about the hobby. Like many others, as a child this was very exciting but way too expensive to get into. Oh I had one of those cheap helicopters from wallmart, but It was not as much fun as I thought. Of course it was fun chasing my dogs around and stuff, but taking it outside was a nightmare! (and the poor dogs hated it). So, after several days, and hours of these "same old videos" and several crash videos, (the crash vides are funny until its you your dime!) I ran across Flitetest!

Thank the RC Gods! These guys got it right! And more people should take a lesson from them. The production values are great, and they give all of the specs, and info that we need to do it right, and save time, money, and the heart break that comes with this hobby. The two Joshes are "the icing on the cake", they make you feel like anyone can do it without being too technical and boring.

I know not everyone can make videos like Flitetest does, and I don't want to come across like a butt-head downing these other videos, I'm just asking for a little more. If your going to make a video, Please show the vehicle taking the video, give some description of how the pics/ video were made, and what was used, so we all can do it. And please turn the music off while you talk, its too hard to understand what your saying with the music going. Try to get out and have some fun with your set-up. There are places around your area that other people never see, that can make some of the best pics, and videos we have ever seen. Just make sure you have permission, and adhere to local laws. (no one wants to pay fines, or worst)

I love the fact that we can all come together as A community that enjoys this hobby to share the joy, and problems that come with it, and all of the new concepts, and ideas out there. The sky is the limit! (pun intended)

Thanks for reading.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Well I see what you mean. But on the forum there are a lot of threads about building planes from start to finish. Followed by video, sometimes FPV. Just have a look.
This is my B25, including the build and with video of the plane itself aswell as FPV video's:
