Silly Fokker veteran Mick has a reputation for being hard on models and the clubs motto is "If you aren't crashing you aren't flying!" So with that in mind it's fair to say at some point we are going to need to repair the odd plane (or twenty)
The arrival of high performance foam in the last decade has made this so much easier. Provided you have a few simple tools (Hot glue gun, a sharp knife and some lolly sticks. We use the wooden stirrers from McDonalds as they are free) you can fix a broken and badly crashed foam plane in no time at all.
In this video Mick and Malc run you through one of the methods they have used to successfully repair their models. We go through everything required to get a good strong fix, show the model back in action and tease you with Malc's new plane the Axion RC Laser Arrow. Thank you for watching, have fun flying but fly safe.
Are you a Silly Fokker? I am =)
PS Please rate the article as this is a great way for me to get feedback. It only takes a second =)
