I received this Teksumo flying wing over a month ago but never had time to fly it. Finally this weekend was quite free and spring finally caught on.
Summary of my opinion on this plane:
- Easy to launch
- Unlimited vertical with my setup and any reasonable one
- Great gliding performance
- Very tough
Negative points and things to note:
- Needs 40-50% expo on max travel in case you dont use full throw like me
- Mix 66% of elevator and 100% of ailerons, very sensitive to pitch input
- A lot of uptrim from what I considered neutral before flying - almost 20% up trim on reciever because otherwise it pitches down. Tune it so that in neutral the top of the aeileron is horizintal, not the bottom
I review this plane, its flight characteristics, positive and negative points.
Videos of my first flights are included.
Teksumo is very fast, light and tough. Not a first plane or a beginner one in my setup. Very easy to build one that has unlimited vertical, good glide ratio and reasonable flight time.
My setup is geared toward more speed but is not very pricey ($118 total + shipping).
Using a cheaper prop, motor and reciever this plane can be built for less than $90.

BTW I think Teksumo is a clone of this plane: Popwing 900mm. It can be available somewhere.
for example for $33 at Nitroplanes http://www.nitroplanes.com/02a-019-popwing-epp-green-kit.html as of 2013 04 30
