Graupner Hottrigger 3D

Josh and Stefan try out the Graupner Hottrigger 3D airplane, Josh’s new favorite 3D RTF plane!

The Hottrigger is easy to get into the air, just drop your receiver in and install your battery, and you’re ready to fly!

Performing aerobatics with the Hottrigger is very intuitive. It flies smoothly and is incredibly responsive, providing a great 3D flight experience.

The Hottrigger reminded us of a mashup of the responsive design of the Bloody Wonder and the stable design of the Bloody Baron.

Graupner makes this plane in three sizes: 0.8 meters, 1.4 meters, and 2.4 meters. The 2.4 can even be modified for electric or gas.

We really enjoyed flying this fantastic plug and play aircraft with our friends at the North Canton Hawks flying field.

Big thank you to the North Canton Hawks for letting us use their flying field for this episode!

How does this plane compare to E-flite's Sukhoi SU-29MM (Gen 2) BNF Basic, the current new model. Or possibly even the first generation version? How does it compare to FT's own FT-3D? Speaking which, i would still like to see a 200% version of the FT-3D!

Great video and content. It was great to see Josh flying a plane, doing one of those things that enjoys so much.

Please, more like this, more plane reviews. We can never have enough of these. Thanks.

Fixed wing...GREAT, and dash it all Josh you gone and made me buy one. However, let's try for a bit more 'review' in our reviews could we? Issues being raised on fora seem to be: problems with the tail fixing being a little loose; and, sloppy linkages. I'll probably glue my tail on and I'll be checking those linkages. What was yours like???

Also, I'm wondering what size lipos we can go up to? 2200mah seems rather small for an aircraft like that. Will it take 3200mah ?
