Really love the 'lets fly' format, but I agree that it would be good to know a bit more about the specifics of the setups. Even if its just a quick list of ESC, motor, prop etc near the beginning. Keep up the great work! Log In to reply
My opinions: Pleasant to watch once. Not rich with new information. However, I suspect that managing to keep each other in-shot as much as you do is actually quite MASTERFUL fpv flying. Hats off to you... good job. Log In to reply
Read my comment above - Like how he did the brief plane / battery explanation at 2:55 in the video, but keep on going. Also an edit comment button so I could add this into my last comment. Thanks and God Bless! Log In to reply
Is that the Z-84 on steroids? Share a little on your specs, please, goes along well with the flying impression.
Now seriously, about the book tip... =D I'd rather recommend what David recommended, "Model aircraft aerodynamics" ISBN 9781854861900. Cheers. Log In to reply
I agree with a few of the comments above. I enjoy the lets fly episode format, but I would like a little more introduction of the plane/setup. Either at the beginning of the episode or let Josh Bixler narrate while others are flying. He can do like 20 things at once anyway. I'm pretty sure I saw him making a sandwich while flying a plane the other day =) Log In to reply
I love when David is assessing the damage he holds it up and them *crack* the boom break apart. Perfect comic moment. Sorry for David's copter though. Log In to reply
Super episode! You fellas are great ambassadors for our hobby when you can visit a club and demonstrate safe and responsible FPV flying, as you did here. The gentlemen you shared the FPV with really seemed to enjoy this new experience in RC flight. Great job! Log In to reply
Dropping in on clubs is the neatest thing I seen them do. Almost all clubs welcome quests as long as you are AMA members for insurance reasons and act in a responsible manner. Those guys were big buck Modelers but had you pulled out something like a hot Versa wing they probably would have asked where they could get one, at lease that's what happened at our club. It's fun to fly in high winds without the stress of a $3000 mistake plus small planes sharpen your reactions. After watching some of your videos one of our members razed me about not being so smart ,that I had learned most of what I know from you. P.S. he bought 3 raptors. Log In to reply
