I would love to bring the CGS and let folks fly it. Have to think and save up my coin.

Also, would be really cool if there was a foamboard plane design competition, or an experimental foamboard event where people show off their own custom designs. That might bring together the crowd that likes the design, build, and sharing aspect of the hobby. It would be neat seeing what innovations come out of that sort of interaction. Just a thought. Again thank you for setting this all up, can't wait to get my dad off the Realflight7 and really into the air. He doesn't know it yet, but I'm building him a plane for the event.
( '-')7 Good luck, hope the kickstarter goes well.

72mhz is fine, we'll just have to come up with a radio board and if you have an antenna flag just bring that.
Thanks!

I don't speak on behalf of Flite Test, I believe they are trying to make it an AMA sanctioned non rulebook event but you would have to here from them. I believe you should be able to fly (with a Parkflyer AMA membership) any electronic or otherwise "quite" aircraft limited to 2 pounds in weight and speeds of less than 60 mph.
Good luck and hope to see you there!

I won't be able to make the FF, but I would like to see a travel plane for other adventures.
