DX6I DECALS

I had recently seen people with cool decals for the Taranis transmitter and I couldn't find anything similar for any Spektrum product. So I decided to design and make my own. Now other people could also have this as a free download. To access this go to the bottom of the page, but follow the steps closely to get the best end product.

1. Download the plans. They are A4 UK size and they must be otherwise when you print them, they might not be right for your Spektrum. When ready to print flip the image to the left or right so that when your pieces are printed from the back they will be right on the front.

2. Put your A4 vinyl in the printer the right way up depending on your printer type and print the black plans onto the back.

3. Using a razor blade and a metal ruler, cut out each part and stick them on your transmitter using the provided instruction sheet.

4. Now you can enjoy using your cool decals on your Spektrum transmitter.

Thanks for reading, the way forward is to be delicate, it took me many attempts just to get a single piece right but the end results are very rewarding. It really makes my transmitter stand out not only around my friends but at the flying field. Even Dan has covered his now in red vinyl which matches his lanyard and that looks just as cool.

If your looking to buy vinyl try arts and craft stores. Also as far as I'm awear, you can order more fancy sheets off places like hobbyking and ebay.
