DJI S800 Huge hightech Hexacopter + Zenmuse Z15

Had the chance to test the S800 plus the currently best gimbal on the market - the Zenmuse Z15. Awesome stuff! You'll see the DJI S800 close up with demo of the Zenmuse Z15 Gimbal and a nice groundstation (all on one pult radio incl. FPV monitor).

Wow! Amazing setup. Just about the nicest and most professional FPV setup I've seen yet. I think that battery costs about as much as my FPV setup :D

Hi RCSchim,

very nice demonstration of your S800 Zenmuse Combo. Hope to see more onboard video from the nex. However, most interesting is, what you did to your Disco. For what reason did you attach those foam tubes below the frame. Are you going to land the quad in water ? I already thought about some floating devices for my disco, should be fun, when your electronics are well protected from water ...

It's a simple safety measurement: if I fly over water, I always get paranoid (even if my Discovery is very reliant and had no single glitch).
So I added two swimming aid foam tubes which are very lightweight and should help the thing to float in water if a crash happens...
No plans to land in water so far - I'm not protected against water...
