So first up please let appologise for my absense.
Things have been a little tricky here at RCTV-UK (formerly Silly Fokker RC) lately.
It was decided that the former channel Silly Fokker RC was to be disolved as there were some deferences of opinion. RCTV-UK has replaced the orignal channel, dead wood has been removed and now we are ready to start posting regular content to our channel and here on the brilliant Flite Test website.
Now that's dealt with I suppose I should tell you a little about our new Hexa Project.
For some time now I have wanted to put a hex configuration multi rotor in the air. However the prices of decent frames and components made this an unjustifyable dream. Thanks to Hobby parts giant Hobbyking and other online RC shops like RC Timer these things are now closer to the reach of the average working man.
I wondered....... Can you build a budget hexa and the project was born.
Here are a the links to all the parts I have used in this build. I will let you know how I get on with this configuration once I have been flying it for a while.
