Better Helping Hands

I make one good set of helping hands out of two. This makes the helping hands much sturdier for soldering and makes it much more versatile by making the arms easier to position exactly where you want them. I also show how i modified the clip arms to make them fit better and easier to adjust.

I like it! I have the single unit and get very frustrated since the base will move.

Try screwing your bases to the small board you were working on for stability then along side put a strip of wood with 3 holes drilled in it to hold bullet connectors while you solder them and maybe a broom handle spring clamp to hole your soldering iron. special thx to Kenny for the idea!

I like what you have done with the two helping hands. Is the white item you have everything on wood or ceramic? Thanx for sharing!
