Hello Guys,
Didn't post for a while, but this time I want to show you my first flight with this setup. I flew some prototypes of the Blackout330 aka B330 with different setups and different settings, cause this was a pretty revolutionary experiment as usually these kind of gopro carriers are being build on very popular 8inch props and 400+ sized quads or even bigger. Well since a few months there is finally a good 6x45 prop on the market, which surprisingly easily can outperform any 8inch setup out there. The build can get more compact and it seems like the right motors just can give more "super" agility. You could say it's a crossing between a mini and bigger quad.
The flight itself:
The place you see in the video is next to a road, which I am passing every day when I drive to my work and even though I see this spot for so long every day it was just since a while where I noticed it's like a perfect FPV area. No people around and enough space all around and some really nicely placed trees. Well done farmer ;)! I completed the build a few days before, but it kept raining and raining and I was dying to try it. I took the first possible oppertunity in the weekend, but I was very dissapointed when I arrived to the spot. Well it was wet, muddy and pretty dangerous for my gear that I even considered for a while to not fly at all. But having a few charged lipos and desire for some flying I decided to give it a go. Well guess what? I crashed into the tree during my very first pack and thought for a second....this must be the end. It probably ended in some water, but it didn't and the damage was just 2 props. I flew a few more packs and got familliar with the area. So flew more and below is a 3minute cut from the last lipo there before I left. I enjoyed very much!
Setup:
Final rebuild of the production B330 frame and this time with MN2208 motors. Really liking the motors and this machine!
Sorry about the little piece of tree on my lens. This is the reason why:

Will be more cautious during the warming up in the future :D

The flight time really depends of your flight style. You can fly very efficient or you can do some acro punching. It can vary between 4 and 7 minutes on this setup.
Cheers,
Boris ;)
