Alpine Longrange with Black Snapper

by RCSchim | March 23, 2014 | (7) Posted in Just Fun

These were 2 amazing flights with my Black Snapper - (Brushless Gimbal Quadcopter - see link below). No range issues flying with Taranis + ezUHF Module.
You see my relief after I got the quad back safe after flying over this remote location where in most parts on a crash you couldn't access it anymore.

Thank you for being such an inspiration. I am close to my first flight.

Nice video!
I love these mountain flying vids. My wife wants to take the kids skiing this year and we'll be driving to the snow. I am determined I'll be taking my quad and wing with me ;-)

As usual your scenic footage is beautiful. The music was also very good. What is your longest range and flight duration with the quad? Do you detail the hardware in any previous posts?

Nice music.
Really nice vid. You should send it in to the immersion RC video contest. (stupid advice, as I did send in a vid of my own that's not as good as this one :P),
Greatz Marc

I dont like the ezUHF anymore... I get so much more range out of my openLRS, for a fraction of the price..

Also wonder if anyone ever done a long range flight on a multirotor? Going to ask google if someone manage 10km or more..

Trappy managed to go 18 km i think, but he landed, a buddy changed the battery, and flew back.

Awesome video as usual! Glad to see someone else is having great success with the ezUHF module!
