If the video dos not work http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3Az3MO1woA&feature=plcp use this link

I have in some time now, bin looking for the best and cheapest way to get into FPV. more specifically The Image on the ground. Many people don´t have enough money to buy the rather expensive FPV googles, and will there for go for a TFT monitor instead. But it has some down sides, compared to the video goggles... The lite! "Flite test" if you known what i´m saying:)

I have tried some different methods to get rid of sun light, including putting it in to a box, and tried to shield the light with a umbrella looking thingy, but i just was not happy with the facts that 1. The monitor cant be right in front of me because of the box and umbrella, and.. i look like a dork, looking into a box in the middle of a giant field:)

so i came up with having the screen right there on the transmitter, you can shield it from the sun with your body, and it´s right in front of you. Best part of all is that it can be done on 90% of all transmitters it just requires some soldering experience and a basic knowledge of electricity,

Hope this inspires someone (and wins me a T-shirt :)

Here is the build video, hope you like it
