After finishing up the camera gimbal on my FPV quad and a nice brenner (breakfast for dinner) I decided to celebrate and popped a bottle of red wine. I soon spied the Monsterjet sitting in my parts bin begging me to go fast, what the hell, it’s only 8pm.
Once I got started I couldn’t stop, you know, the wine. So I plugged in the hot glue gun dumped the camera and took a look at this video of me rambling while I built. Hey it’s pretty good, I should keep doing this. You know, drinking the wine.
Hey look I built a sr-71, or at least it kinda looks like one. 10pm and two hours into the build, I am ready to plan the electronics and lay it down. Now this next part should only take about ten minutes, but it took me a little longer, you know, because of the wine.
I think I had too much at this point but whatever, the airplane was done. It’s had exposed servo arms, no landing skid, no thrust angle and the CG was just a roughguess. I cannot wait for the morning when I get to fly it, I pass out like its Christmas Eve without the eggnog andrun, I just had a smidge of wine.
