Hey Guys, this is a review on the Techone Mini Pop Wing. This plane is basically the same plane as the Hobbyking Bonsai. Both planes are a blast to fly and I hope you enjoy the video.
I have to say that when I saw where you were going to test fly it I thought I was about to watch a total disaster. Well done, looks like you can fly a little! Mind you I'm glad I'm not your neighbour across the road! Sounds like the wing would have been better off with better quality parts from go. Thnx 4 for the review!

You can make the wing a couple of times stronger by ironing on 3 mil copy shop laminate. I bought a different manufacture's wing made with this hard epp, scored the wing to insert the carbon rods and then flew it into the ground. The second crash shattered it along the scored lines. Now I build my own airfoiled wings with soft 9mm epp and laminate. Super strong and light - don't even need carbon rods. They just bounce off the ground. Sorry, my soapbox was sitting right there and I just felt the call. I enjoy watching these videos to see what folks are up to. Nice review. Log In to reply
