Here is a quick tutorial on using MPX connectors to clean up your multi servo wings. No more finding the right extension end and plugging four servos in individually! I hope you enjoy it or at least find it useful.

Personally I hate MPX connectors because they require too much force to connect, and, as you say in the vid, they melt. Even if you're a fast solderer and even if you use that old nasty lead solder. When they melt the pins fall out or get crooked and the connector will require even more force than when connecting. Also, you cannot fix them to a vise because they crumble when warm... You could connect a pair of them while soldering to keep the pins in place, but might end up melting them together =) and you'd still need to fix them. Also, the double amount of metal requires more heating which will increase the risk of melting. Finally, last reason to despise MPX - wire to male soldering. (There's a reason why nature does things the way it does.)
The good thing mentioned about MPX, multiple pins, may make it worth while anyway, but you could also stack standard servo connectors (males with inlays between as they're thinner than the females). The way to do this is to first glue the females, then insert the males, and then add the inlays and glue to the males.
Anyway, thanks for the vid on the topic!
