Beautiful flight.
Do you like the Fat Shark?
Did you have to buy anything else to make it work, or does it come ready to use... ie... everything is included?? for the plane and the ground station??
Very curious on FPV but not sure I want to spend this kind of $$ and find out I need other stuff too. Thanks

This is the system I use: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=28342
All stock, everything included, I run the transmitter of the flight battery (3cell 1300mAh).
The Bixler has a custom paint job (orange) 30 Amp Plush speed controller, 6x4E prop stock motor and servos, I also use a Spektrum DX6i radio.

Range I have flown so far is about 1Km (0.6 miles), which I think is nice with stock FPV gear and only 250mW output, the only thing that would have been good is adjustable goggles, like these: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__28750__Fat_Shark_AttitudeSD_FPV_Headset_System_w_5_8G_TX.html

Tell me about it, my rig wasn't usable this weekend, except for the HK Wing Cam so it was just Aerial Videography for me

Haha. I was actually going to fly at Görveln the day before yesterday. But my hexacopter got stuck in a tree. Would have been awesome to fly around and by accident seeing another R/C plane/multirotor.
Got my hex down today, after 2 days in -10 C.

Sure, I'll be watching the skies the next time I'm there. :-)
You keep a look out in Drottningholm.
