Clover Leaf Antenna Build for 5.8Ghz FPV - IBCrazy

This is how I go about building 5.8Ghz Antennas. They seem to work great and significantly increase range and quality of video feed. In any case I hope you find this video helpful. Its worth noting that this is the IBCrazy design antenna and not mine and the technique I use to build it is for the most part as per David's method on his web site http://www.rcexplorer.se/

I never quite got the curves right with the SPW / Clover... but I know guys that swear by these antennae.

I went down the virivent / windmill route instead :)

This once is a little too thick. I ended up using 1mm thick wire, I'm pretty sure 0.8mm would have been better . . The up side is it work and works really well

First, great tutorial. This looks very DIY doable. Hobby King sells these for $6. Some friends of the site sell them for $70. With such a short parts list, where could the difference possibly be?
