Verry happy for you Nic! You deserve it man, that is so cool the Mig will be in the store. I imagine the speed wing wont be an option? I think it would be awesome if it was. So much of a different feel than the under-cambered tips.
Anyways man wish I could make it FF to meet you. Maybe 2016! I will start saving now haha

Thank you :-) It will actually have a modified speed wing. Much sleeker than the normal FT wing but not quiet a true nnSpeedwing :P

If FT gets a FFWest going, maybe you can make it to that one!

The MiG-3 looks "short-coupled", i.e., short tail moment. Obviously, this is how the real MiG-3 looked. But from a model flying perspective, is the model "pitch-sensitive" compared to other warbirds such as the FT-Spitfire?

Good observation! Yes, the elevator is sensitive. When I design a plane I try to stay as true to the full size proportions as possible. In the case of my MiG, it is still very stable and as long as your CG is good you'll have no issues.

Hi Nick, Great Videos and Efforts on your part. Really like your style and enthusiasm. I also live in California, up near the Oregon Border. I'd like to encourage you with your efforts on the DLG also as I think that is a great concept to build a less expensive idea.
