I made new elevons out of black foamboard with easymoving hinges installed ! moves supersmooth !

Thank you! It works great.
I just removed foam between the papercover with a exacto-type blade.
Be careful and dont cut the paper.
After that was finished i filled the hole with hotglue and squeezed in the hinge, the hinge must be aligned 90* to the rudder!
Easy!

Nice wing. The hinges are a great idea. Is that monokote covering not the wing? Did you apply it directly on the foam board paper?

Yes, its Monocote and i applyed it directly on the foamboard. The result was not as good as i thought it would be. Its very tricky to get that supersmooth finish.
The film tends to stick at the spot when you iron it...that makes the shrinking work bad.
Im not gonna try it again, next time i will use the airbrush !
