As a rough estimate how much has it cost you to get this plane flying?

Hehe, you ask the wrong guy. Ritewing sent me that wing kit (incl. servos) before it was released to test it. And I won the EZUHF and EZOSD that I use on that wing in the Immersion RC video contest ;-)
I already had the batteries, GoPro3 and FPV ground station. So I didn't have to invest a lot to complete the setup.

You lucky man, it sounds like i may just have to empty out the old bank account then and have the credit card at the ready.

That is so great! Beautiful video! It still amazes me how we can get great footage of stuff like this from such a small RC plane or copter for so cheap! Not too long ago you had to rent a helicopter, or something to get it!
Great job!

Thank you sir.
Don't forget that full scale helicopters can't surf down mountains like our RC planes. So we can even do stuff the big toys can't :-)

Epic. Mountain flying is always such a nice video to watch. Whats your setup and what do you use for TX/RX. I just got into FPV and would like to go to the mountains one day in the future.

Thanks :-)
You can find my Z3 setup in that article: http://flitetest.com/articles/autumn-sun-z2-vs-z3-comparison
On my groundstation I run a Lawmate 2.4 Vrx (saw-filter modded) and a 11dBi yagi antenna.
