Old video of lipo conversion made on my first CT6B. The popularity as of late of the 9x has replaced the old CT6B for many as their first radio but figured I would post as it may still be helpful to some out there

Sweet! I have a pair of those transmitters I need to do that to. What kind of range are you getting out of the CT6B tx?

I have since moved on to a 9x but man, I NEVER had a single glitch with CT6B in three years. As far as range is concerned I would certainly keep it LOS which for me is about 2200ft with a big plane. 2200ft is a long ways for a $20 radio.
