We had the chance to attend the 9th Annual JR Indoor Electric Festival. The indoor event was held at the Four Seasons Golf Dome in Columbus, Ohio!

We had a chance to fly some planes, meet some fellow RC pilots and talk with some vendors.

It was a fun time! Stay tuned for more segments from this event!

I'm pretty sure Josh B's son was flying the Baby Blender (fuzzy memory). I stood there with a gaping mouth as I watched him. Josh's influence from his father is definitely being passed down to his son.

That event was an awesome time. My daughter and I walked away with some cool Flite Test swag and she has now become a devoted watcher. So, since I had the only other Nieuport 17, is that mine at 2:20 or Josh B.'s son's?

Oh I forgot the proceeds from the sale of The Wright Flyer went to the Wright Family Fund that supports aviation and innovation in America.

There was an incredible variety of flying machines, from RTF's to kits to scratch-built. The Wright Flyer was an original, I believe. There was even a flying pizza, which eventually crashed into the water while being chased by a flying Pac Man.
